Terms of Service
Welcome to Alanna Beauty Brand, Alanna Hair, and/or Alanna Couture. By accessing our website, placing an order, booking a service, submitting a deposit, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase or booking. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website, purchase our products, or book our services.
1. Overview
Our company provides luxury beauty services, event glam services, custom hair extensions, wigs, lace products, custom beauty packages, styling services, and/or custom couture designs.
All products and services are subject to availability, production timelines, booking schedules, customization requirements, and approval by our company.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or decline bookings at our discretion.
2. Final Sale Policy
All purchases are final sale unless otherwise stated in writing by our company.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on products or services.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Hair extensions
- Wigs
- Lace closures
- Lace frontals
- Custom hairpieces
- Custom wig designs
- Beauty products
- Makeup services
- Hair styling services
- Event glam services
- Pageant glam services
- Bridal glam services
- Custom gowns
- Custom wardrobe styling
- Consultations
- Digital services
- Styling packages
- Any service that has been rendered, started, prepared for, or reserved
Due to hygiene, customization, preparation, labor, and quality-control standards, our products and services are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.
3. Services Rendered
Once a service has been performed, started, prepared for, or reserved, payment is nonrefundable.
Services require time, labor, planning, product preparation, artist availability, administrative scheduling, and/or travel coordination. For this reason, no refund will be issued for services rendered or partially rendered.
Late arrivals, missed appointments, no-shows, client delays, or client changes do not qualify for refunds.
4. Deposits
A 30% deposit may be required to reserve event bookings, custom orders, beauty services, glam services, or scheduled appointments.
All deposits are nonrefundable.
The deposit secures your appointment date, artist availability, preparation time, materials, administrative planning, and/or product allocation. Once paid, that time may no longer be offered to another client.
5. Event Booking and Cancellation Policy
For event scheduling, clients may cancel up to 30 days before the scheduled event date and may be eligible for a partial refund of payments made beyond the nonrefundable 30% deposit.
The 30% deposit is nonrefundable under all circumstances.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled event date are nonrefundable.
This is because the event date, artist schedule, service time, preparation, products, travel coordination, and/or glam team availability have already been reserved.
6. Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion and is subject to availability.
A request to reschedule does not guarantee that a new date, time, artist, or service slot will be available.
Additional fees may apply for:
- Last-minute rescheduling
- Date changes
- Time changes
- Location changes
- Added services
- Extended service time
- Additional artists
- Travel adjustments
- Rush requests
- Weekend or holiday scheduling
If we are unable to accommodate the requested new date, the original cancellation policy will apply.
7. Custom Orders
Custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged once production, sourcing, design, preparation, or fulfillment has begun.
Custom orders may include:
- Custom wigs
- Custom lace designs
- Custom hair extensions
- Custom-colored hair
- Custom beauty packages
- Custom gowns
- Custom wardrobe pieces
- Special-order products
- Event-specific items
Because custom items are made, sourced, or prepared specifically for each client, they cannot be restocked or resold.
8. Product Descriptions and Variations
We make every effort to display product colors, textures, sizes, lengths, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, natural products, raw hair, custom designs, lighting, screens, and photography may cause slight variations.
For raw hair, natural variations may include differences in color, texture, wave pattern, fullness, tone, donor origin, and natural tapering.
By purchasing, you understand that natural and custom-made products may not be identical to photos, videos, or previous orders.
9. Production and Processing Timelines
Production timelines, processing timelines, ship-by dates, and delivery estimates are estimates only unless otherwise stated in writing.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Custom, pre-order, handmade, raw hair, color-treated, lace, wig, couture, and event-related orders may require additional processing time.
Delays may occur due to sourcing, quality control, customization, weather, high order volume, carrier delays, third-party services, or production adjustments.
We are not responsible for losses, appointments, events, or damages caused by ordering too close to a deadline.
Clients are responsible for reviewing production timelines before placing an order or booking a service.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, weather delays, incorrect addresses, stolen packages, refused packages, customs delays, or packages held at pickup locations.
We may assist with claim information when possible, but refunds are not issued for carrier-related delivery issues once the package has shipped.
Clients are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
11. Client Responsibilities
By placing an order or booking a service, the client agrees to:
- Provide accurate contact information
- Provide accurate shipping information
- Review product descriptions before purchasing
- Review timelines before purchasing
- Arrive on time for scheduled services
- Follow preparation instructions
- Communicate any allergies, sensitivities, or concerns before service
- Understand that results may vary based on hair type, skin type, styling choices, install method, lighting, maintenance, and aftercare
Failure to follow instructions, preparation requirements, or aftercare guidance does not qualify for a refund.
12. Beauty Services and Allergies
Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, scalp conditions, medical concerns, or product reactions before receiving services or using products.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions, irritation, discomfort, or adverse reactions if the client does not disclose relevant information before the service or product use.
For any medical concern, clients should consult a licensed medical professional.
13. Third-Party Stylists, Installers, and Service Providers
We are not responsible for work performed by third-party stylists, installers, cosmetologists, colorists, makeup artists, seamstresses, tailors, shipping carriers, or other outside providers.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Hair installation
- Wig customization
- Baby hairs
- Hairline plucking
- Lace cutting
- Hair coloring
- Toning
- Styling
- Sewing
- Alterations
- Tailoring
- Product handling after delivery
Once a product has been altered, installed, colored, washed, worn, styled, cut, or handled by a third party, it is not eligible for refund, exchange, or replacement.
14. Intellectual Property
All website content, images, product descriptions, service descriptions, branding, designs, logos, videos, text, graphics, and creative concepts are the property of our company unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, or use our content, designs, or branding without written permission.
15. Pricing and Availability
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or cancel products, services, packages, promotions, discounts, or availability at any time.
We are not responsible for typographical errors, pricing errors, website glitches, or inaccurate third-party information.
16. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, decline bookings, or terminate communication with any client who is abusive, threatening, disrespectful, fraudulent, or violates these terms.
If an order or booking is canceled by our company due to client misconduct, refund eligibility will be reviewed at our discretion based on work already completed, materials purchased, time reserved, and services prepared.
17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By placing an order or booking a service, the client agrees to these Terms of Service, our Return and Refund Policy, and any checkout policies presented at the time of purchase.
Any chargeback or payment dispute may be contested with proof of purchase, booking records, service records, production records, shipping confirmation, delivery confirmation, communication records, and these terms.
18. Limitation of Liability
Our company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial damages related to the use of our products, services, website, bookings, shipping, event delays, missed appointments, or third-party actions.
Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid directly to our company for the specific product or service at issue.
19. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time.
The version posted on our website at the time of purchase or booking will apply to that transaction.
20. Agreement
By using our website, purchasing a product, submitting payment, paying a deposit, or booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
