Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy

At Alanna Beauty Brand, Alanna Hair, and/or Alanna Couture, all services, custom designs, beauty bookings, event glam services, hair extensions, wigs, lace products, custom garments, and related products are prepared, reserved, created, or rendered specifically for each client. For this reason, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing by our company.

By placing an order, booking a service, or submitting payment, the client agrees to the terms below.

No Refunds or Exchanges on Products

All products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hair extensions
  • Wigs
  • Lace closures
  • Lace frontals
  • Custom hairpieces
  • Custom wig designs
  • Custom gown designs
  • Beauty products
  • Event-related products
  • Any item that has been opened, worn, altered, styled, installed, washed, cut, colored, toned, brushed, combed, or otherwise handled after delivery

Due to hygiene, customization, and quality-control standards, we cannot accept returned hair, lace, wigs, beauty items, custom designs, or personal-use products.

No Refunds for Services Rendered

All payments for completed or partially completed services are final and nonrefundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hair styling
  • Makeup services
  • Pageant glam services
  • Bridal glam services
  • Event glam services
  • Beauty consultations
  • Custom fitting services
  • Wig design services
  • Hair extension installation services
  • Styling consultations
  • Pageant styling or wardrobe services
  • Any service where time, labor, preparation, product, travel, staffing, or custom planning has already been used

Once a service has been rendered, started, reserved, or prepared for, no refund or exchange will be issued.

Deposits

A 30% deposit is required to secure event bookings, service appointments, custom orders, or scheduled glam services.

All deposits are nonrefundable.

The deposit reserves your appointment date, service provider, preparation time, administrative planning, and/or product allocation. Once the deposit is paid, that time and availability are removed from our schedule and may not be offered to another client.

Event Booking Cancellation Policy

For event scheduling, clients may cancel up to 30 days before the scheduled event date and may be eligible for a partial refund of payments made beyond the nonrefundable 30% deposit.

The 30% deposit will not be refunded under any circumstance.

Cancellation requests made less than 30 days before the scheduled event date are not eligible for a refund because the event date, glam team, preparation, products, scheduling, and/or service time have already been reserved.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion and is subject to availability.

A reschedule request does not guarantee a new date or time. If we are unable to accommodate the requested new date, the original cancellation and refund terms will still apply.

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Last-minute rescheduling
  • Date changes
  • Location changes
  • Added services
  • Extended service time
  • Travel changes
  • Additional artists or assistants
  • Rush requests

Late Arrivals and Missed Appointments

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and being prepared for their scheduled service.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time, service modification, or cancellation without refund.

No-shows are nonrefundable.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or returned once production, sourcing, design, preparation, or fulfillment has begun.

Custom orders may include:

  • Custom wigs
  • Custom lace designs
  • Custom-colored hair
  • Custom hair extensions
  • Custom gown designs
  • Custom beauty packages
  • Special-order products
  • Event-specific products or services

Because these items are made, sourced, or prepared specifically for each client, they cannot be restocked or resold.

Shipping and Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, missed delivery attempts, carrier errors, weather delays, incorrect shipping information, refused packages, or packages held at pickup locations.

If an issue occurs with the shipping carrier, we may assist the client with filing a claim; however, refunds are not issued for carrier-related delays or delivery issues once the package has been transferred to the carrier.

Clients are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you believe you received an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.

The item must remain unused, unaltered, unworn, unwashed, uninstalled, unstyled, and in its original condition.

We reserve the right to review each case individually. Reporting an issue does not guarantee a refund, replacement, exchange, or credit.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By placing an order or booking a service, the client agrees to this return and refund policy.

Any chargeback or payment dispute filed after agreeing to these terms may be contested with proof of purchase, booking confirmation, service records, production records, shipping confirmation, delivery confirmation, communication records, and this policy.

Final Sale Agreement

By purchasing a product, booking a service, submitting a deposit, or scheduling an event with us, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final.
  • Products are not refundable or exchangeable.
  • Services rendered are not refundable.
  • Custom orders are not refundable.
  • The 30% event deposit is nonrefundable.
  • Event cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the event date to be considered for a partial refund.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of the event are nonrefundable.

We recommend reviewing all order details, service details, event dates, timelines, and product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase or booking.
