Yes. Hair products and custom designs may be shipped when applicable.
Shipping times depend on the product, production timeline, carrier, destination, and service selected.

Is production time the same as delivery time?
No.
Production time is the time required to create, prepare, inspect, or customize your order.
Delivery time is the carrier’s transit time after the order has shipped.
For example, a custom hair design may take time to produce before it is handed to UPS, USPS, DHL, or another carrier.

Are shipping delays refundable?
Carrier delays are generally not refundable once the package has been shipped on time.
Alanna Beauty Brand and Alanna Hair are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, customs delays, or local delivery issues.
