Are deposits required?

Yes. Deposits may be required for:

Pageant glam services
Custom hair designs
Custom wig orders
Masterclass reservations
Workshops
Alanna Couture designs
Wardrobe consultations
Private events
Full pageant packages

Deposits secure your appointment, production slot, consultation time, or event seat.


Are deposits refundable?

No. Deposits are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

For event scheduling, the 30% deposit is nonrefundable.


Are services refundable?

No. Services rendered are not refundable.

This includes:

Glam services
Hair styling
Makeup application
Consultations
Workshops
Masterclasses
Design services
Wardrobe planning
Custom styling advice
Pageant image consulting
Alanna Couture design work

Once a service is started, completed, delivered, or reserved within the restricted cancellation window, it is not eligible for refund.


Are products refundable?

No. Products are not refundable or exchangeable.

This includes:

Hair extensions
Wigs
Closures
Frontals
Clip-ins
Custom hair
Beauty products
Digital products
Design files
Custom wardrobe concepts
Event materials

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.


What is the cancellation policy for events?

For scheduled events and services, clients may cancel up to 30 days before the event date for a partial refund.

The 30% deposit remains nonrefundable.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are not eligible for refund.

No-shows, late arrivals, missed appointments, and completed services are not refundable.


Can I reschedule my appointment?

Rescheduling may be allowed depending on availability.

Requests must be made as early as possible. Rescheduling is not guaranteed, especially for pageant weekends, events, masterclasses, or high-demand dates.

A rescheduling fee may apply.


Why are deposits and service payments nonrefundable?

Alanna Beauty Brand reserves time, talent, product preparation, planning, and creative labor for each client.

For pageant and event bookings, the brand may also turn away other clients once your slot is reserved.

Deposits and service payments protect the time, preparation, and resources required to deliver a luxury experience.
