Why do I need to book by a deadline to receive custom extensions?
Custom extensions are not instant. They require time for preparation, matching, quality control, and shipping or delivery coordination.

Yes. Alanna Beauty Brand also serves clients preparing for:

Are pageant glam deposits refundable?
No. Deposits are nonrefundable.
For event scheduling, a 30% deposit is required to reserve your appointment, glam artist, time slot, and preparation schedule.
Because your booking removes that time from the calendar and may require advance planning, the deposit is nonrefundable.
Can I cancel my pageant glam appointment?
You may cancel up to 30 days before the scheduled event date for a partial refund, excluding the nonrefundable 30% deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are not eligible for refund.
No refunds are provided for missed appointments, no-shows, late arrivals, completed services, or services already rendered.
What happens if I am late to my glam appointment?
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time.
Pageant schedules are strict. If you arrive late, the glam team may not be able to extend your appointment because other contestants or clients may be scheduled after you.
If you are significantly late, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or missed appointments.
