Depending on the project, production may be completed through a third-party seamstress, gown maker, dressmaker, atelier, or production partner to assist in the creation process.

Are Alanna Couture designs refundable?

No. Custom design services, wardrobe consultations, gown design concepts, interview outfit designs, sketches, written briefs, styling direction, and creative services are nonrefundable once delivered or started.

Design work is a creative service. Once time, strategy, and intellectual property have been used, the service cannot be returned.

Do I own the design after purchasing it?

This depends on the service agreement.

In general, the client receives permission to use the custom design direction for their personal wardrobe or pageant look.

However, Alanna Couture may retain rights to original sketches, concepts, branding, design language, and creative direction unless a separate written agreement grants full ownership.

For exclusive couture designs, ownership and exclusivity should be confirmed in writing before production begins.
